Workers

We are working people in rural and small town Washington: mill workers, veterans, nurses, cannery workers, loggers, childcare providers, grocery workers, cooks. We are parents, students, and retirees. We are renters, homeowners, and mobile homeowners. We’re joining together to win a better future in rural & small-town WA.
We’re fighting for good jobs, fair housing costs, healthy homes, affordable healthcare, solid wages, childcare, and more. We have a vision for The Good Life in Rural WA.

O beautiful for spacious skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties
Above the fruited plain!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!

We The People
We need everyone for this monumental community project—because everyone has something to give, and everyone belongs.
-
Rich, poor, or somewhere in between
-
Extroverts who thrive in the crowd, introverts who shine one-on-one
-
Grandparents with wisdom, grade schoolers with boundless energy
-
Folks with PhDs, and folks just stepping out of 3rd grade
-
Busy parents, retirees with time to share, and everyone in between
-
Skilled professionals, creative dreamers, practical problem-solvers
-
Longtime locals, brand-new neighbors, and visitors who just want to help
-
People who love planning, people who love doing, people who love cheering others on
Whoever you are, whatever you bring—we have (or will create!) a place where you can enjoy yourself while contributing to this shared cause.
Together, we’ll build something bigger than any of us could do alone.
